Parwaz means 'flight' - helping youth spread their wings

Project Parwaz (Urdu for 'flight') is our comprehensive youth empowerment program designed to give underprivileged young people the skills, confidence, and connections they need to build successful futures. Through mentorship, skills training, and career guidance, we help youth from marginalized communities access opportunities that might otherwise remain out of reach.

The program includes: one-on-one mentorship with professionals, practical skills training in technology and communication, career counseling and job placement support, English language courses, and personal development workshops. Each participant is paired with a mentor from our network who provides guidance, support, and opens doors to opportunities.

What sets Project Parwaz apart is our holistic approach—we don't just teach skills, we build confidence, create networks, and provide ongoing support. Many of our participants come from backgrounds where higher education or professional careers seemed impossible. We show them it's not just possible—it's within reach.

Our success stories include participants who've secured corporate jobs, started their own businesses, gained university admissions, and become mentors themselves. We measure success not just in numbers, but in transformed lives and expanded horizons.
